VideoCensor is a web service for automatic word censorship in videos, operated by Gonzalo Molina, VAT/NIF 73509062G, address: Calle Clara Campoamor 3, 31013 Pamplona (Navarra), Spain. Contact us at gonzalo@videocensor.com.
By registering or using VideoCensor you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
VideoCensor processes video or audio files uploaded by the user to automatically censor selected words. The result is made available to the user for download. The uploaded file is deleted as soon as processing is complete. The output file is available for download for 1 hour after processing; after that it is automatically deleted.
The service is offered under the plans Free, Starter, Creator, Pro and Agency, with different volume limits, file size limits, features and processing priority. Current plans and prices are published at videocensor.com/en/#pricing.
VideoCensor is currently in early access. While the service is fully functional, occasional errors, interruptions or unexpected results may occur. If a job fails or the result is unsatisfactory, please contact us and we will retry it or issue a proportional refund without question.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use VideoCensor only with content you own or for which you have sufficient rights. It is prohibited to upload:
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
The voice-cloned replacement mode requires explicit consent and may only be used with your own voice. Cloning another person's voice without their explicit consent is prohibited under these terms and may constitute an offence under applicable law.
The cloned voice profile is used exclusively to generate censored-word replacements in your videos. It is never used for any other purpose or shared with third parties beyond the technical provider (ElevenLabs).
Plan prices are published in euros and include VAT where applicable. EU VAT is managed automatically via Stripe Tax.
Payments are monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. However, by subscribing to a paid plan and beginning to use the service before that period expires, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law (implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Monthly billing. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; access will continue until the end of the current paid period and no further charge will be made.
14-day guarantee. If you are a new subscriber and the service does not meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from your first subscription to request a full refund by emailing gonzalo@videocensor.com. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent renewals.
Started billing periods. Outside the above window, billing periods already started are non-refundable, unless the service has experienced a serious outage attributable to VideoCensor.
Technical failures. If a job fails due to a fault on our platform, we will reprocess it at no charge or issue a proportional refund. Please contact us before opening a bank dispute; we resolve these immediately.
You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and the results you download. VideoCensor acquires no rights over your content.
The VideoCensor brand, website design and service code are the property of the operator and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
VideoCensor is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for monetisation decisions made by third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), which depend entirely on their own policies.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The foregoing does not exclude liability for fraud or gross negligence, nor does it affect any non-waivable rights that EU consumer protection law grants to the user.
We may modify plans, prices or features with 30 days' notice by email. If the changes affect you negatively you may cancel your subscription without penalty.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the operator's place of domicile, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
